Dr. Faouzi Safadi is a well-known cardiothoracic surgeon with 30 years of experience in his field. He holds a patent for the development of his innovative technique in artificial chord for mitral repair, the “Safadi Sliding Stitch”; along with holding a patent for the innovative instruments for minimally invasive mitral repair – the development of Dubai surgical set.
He is an expert in the “Modified Konno procedure – Safadi Simplified Technique”, Minimally Invasive Valves Surgery & Endoscopic CABG, Total Arterial CABG Revascularization, Left Ventricular Reconstruction, and Continuous Cerebral perfusion During Circulatory Arrest in Aortic Arch Dissection Repair.
