Headaches and lethargy are among the most prominent signs of fatigue during the first days of fasting.
Therefore, Tasneem Obaid, a therapeutic nutritionist at Fakeeh University Hospital, provided five tips that can be followed to fast during the holy month of Ramadan without feeling lethargic or exhausted, especially during the first days when one must establish a new diet, in addition to a different routine for sleeping, eating hours, and taking stimulants.
