Dr. Racha Abou Chahine is the Director of Quality and Risk Management at Fakeeh University Hospital, Dubai.
Dr. Chahine is an esteemed expert with over 16 years of experience in healthcare management. She has astounding achievements in leading accreditation programs such as JCI, Magnet, Pathway to Excellence, Planetree, and DAISY. Through her leadership, she has successfully implemented quality improvement initiatives, promoted shared governance, facilitated change management, instigated EBP model and research, and enhanced performance management practices.
She is a respected fellow in the International Society for Quality in Healthcare and is a certified professional in Healthcare Quality. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the American University of Beirut.
Not only is she a sought-after speaker and leader, but also an MC for conferences at the national and international level, inspiring the audience to bring about real change.
