With an expertise of 21 years in implementing HIS/EMR solutions in the healthcare sector and of 31 years in the telecommunications and business industry, he brings along with him comprehensive business and technical skills.
He is equipped with executive and hands-on experience in automating processes for enterprises and corporations. He has a strong success record of creating robust IT architectures and infrastructures, with effective organizational and managerial skills to maintain and regulate company security policy. He has a proved ability to analyze and solve problems and has expertise to engineer effective solutions that drive company growth.
He has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Decision Support Systems – Advanced Informatics; with being a PhD Candidate in Decision Support Systems.
Having worked across the globe in regions like Greece, US and MENA, he also has been a Technical Consultant and Project Manager with and for numerous organizations and business projects. He additionally has vast knowledge of system analysis, design and development of customized and commercial healthcare-specific software.
He has a successful proven track of implementing and managing full project lifecycle, along with training skills. He has been involved in establishments and modifications of various Budget and Operational Business Plans, Purchase Planning, Cost Determination, Transformational Business Development, Hyper-converged & Converged Infrastructure, Data Center Design, Disaster Recovery, and more.
He is also proficient in working with and supporting the Board of Directors and Executive Managements for effective decision making, related to ICT.
In his free time, he loves to go sailing, play the Lyra, practice Tae Kwan Do, and indulge in Traditional Greek dancing.
