His academic journey includes prestigious fellowships in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Retinal Dystrophy from McGill University, Canada, and Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus from the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. He completed his residency at Aligarh Muslim University, followed by specialized training in anterior segment procedures at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences and small incision cataract surgery in Nepal.
