Dr. Hayat Khan is a well experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist dedicated to advancing ophthalmic care and education.  His academic journey includes prestigious fellowships in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Retinal Dystrophy from McGill University, Canada, and Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus from the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto. He completed his residency at Aligarh Muslim University, followed by specialized training in anterior segment procedures at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences and small incision cataract surgery in Nepal. 

Dr. Hayat has worked at various well-established health care facilities in Dubai.  

His professional focus centers on complex strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology, specializing in pediatric glaucoma and retinoblastomas. He possesses extensive expertise in pediatric cataract and glaucoma surgeries, with approximately 75% of his patients being pediatric and 25% adult, primarily addressing anterior segment issues and glaucoma. 

Dr. Hayat also has keen interest in academics and has contributed as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Dubai. He has been a speaker at various international conferences and has authored scientific articles.
