Dr. Ceman's medical journey began with her education at Uludag University in Turkey, followed by L'Universite Paris 13 Faculte De Medecine in Paris. She completed her residency in neurosurgery at the University of Health Sciences Haydarpasa Numune Training and Research Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey.
