Our Patient Experience team works with patients and their families to address concerns or special needs that may arise during their treatment within the hospital setting. Patient Experience Staff works directly with various health care team members, hospital departments, and the hospital administration to solve problems that patients and families may have, to facilitate a positive patient experience during their time in the hospital.
All feedback – compliments, suggestions, and complaints – is handled to identify our strengths and improvement opportunities. We act as a liaison between patients and relevant departments to ensure that all feedback is communicated and positively contributes to the patient experience’s continual enhancement.
