Interventional Radiology

The method where doctors make use of medical imaging technologies to conduct diagnosis or perform scarless and painless surgical procedures is referred to as interventional radiology. It is a preferred mode of treatment in many types of diseases and medical conditions. Most common technologies used are ultrasound, CT, MRI and fluoroscopy.
